With our years of experience, we have put together a fully catered wedding so that you can enjoy your big day without a worry. At wedding venue Bovendonk, everything takes place at one unique location. From the ceremony and reception to the wedding photos, the dinner, the evening party, and even an overnight stay with a joint bridal breakfast for you and your guests.

Getting married indoors and outdoors:

In fine weather, your entire wedding can take place in our atmospheric courtyard, while the reception is celebrated in the adjacent banquet hall. Do you prefer an indoor wedding? No problem! Bovendonk offers plenty of possibilities in that case. Our historic chapel and various atmospheric interior spaces create a unique and romantic atmosphere.

Your Wedding Ceremony at Bovendonk

Your wedding ceremony can take place at various atmospheric locations within wedding venue Bovendonk. This way, we create a ceremony that aligns with your wishes and the atmosphere of your wedding day.

In fine weather, you can get married in our romantic courtyard. Would you prefer to get married indoors? Then our historic halls are a beautiful alternative. Our chapel is also a special place for your ceremony, subject to availability.

Bovendonk is an official wedding venue within the municipality of Halderberge, North Brabant. We have years of experience in organizing and guiding weddings, so you are in trusted hands with us.

Toast, cake and drinks

Your drinks reception will take place in our courtyard or indoors in one of our various halls. Here, you will raise a glass together as a newlywed couple, with all your loved ones. As the reception continues, your guests will be spoiled throughout the day with delicious snacks and drinks, fully included in the package.

During the drinks reception, you toast with a glass of (non-alcoholic) prosecco. Afterwards, you cut the wedding cake.

After the toast, tapas platters will be ready as a tasty warm-up for dinner. For the rest of the day, your guests will enjoy unlimited reception drinks, including La Trappe Blond on tap.

Would you like additional decorations such as flowers and table decorations? The choice is entirely yours. You can take care of the styling and details exactly as you wish – making it truly your day. Our partners can advise you on this if needed!

What is a wedding without a delicious dinner? We offer various options for your wedding dinner, matching the atmosphere of your day.

Food Court Concept In Burgundian style, we serve an extensive dinner from various food courts. An informal setup with seating and standing tables, where guests are free to choose and enjoy a wide variety of dishes.

Served Choice Menu For those who prefer a traditional seated dining experience, we offer a served choice menu. Together with your guests, you will enjoy a refined dinner, fully catered (additional cost /- €12.50 per person).

Shared dining

Can't you choose and do you love sharing dishes? Then this is the ideal option for you. (surcharge /- €12.50 per person) .

And as the icing on the cake? An extensive dessert buffet with a selection of ice cream cakes, Bavarian cream cakes, and all kinds of sweet treats—a feast in itself!

After the wedding dinner, you may have time to freshen up, while your guests head ahead to the reception hall. Time to toast, dance, and enjoy yourselves together until the late hours.

Bovendonk has 24 single rooms and 30 double rooms. Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.

What is included in the fixed location costs?

• Use of indoor and outdoor spaces – for ceremony, reception, dinner, and party, so always a bad weather scenario!
• Preparations and guidance by our wedding team, also during your special day.
• Setup and dismantling of wedding and party arrangements.
• Full-day use of a home-like private room for, for example: getting dressed, a moment of rest, or putting away belongings.
• Attend an inspiration evening, for example with your masters of ceremonies, to gather ideas.
• Tasting dinner for 2 people, extra guests are welcome at an additional cost.
• Ceremony setup including wedding chairs, with a choice of two wedding benches, complemented by two white pillars with floral arrangements and a stylish backdrop.
• Table decoration in the form of colorful flower vases for drinks and dinner.
• DJ booth from our regular partner: The Wedding DJ. At The Wedding DJ, you can then book your favorite DJ yourself.
