Brasserie
The Brasserie is a cozy, informal space with its own bar and the warm atmosphere of a traditional Brabant pub. It is a lovely spot for dinner or drinks with friends and family. The large windows provide plenty of natural light and give the space an open feel.

Refectory & seminar hall
Toast together, enjoy an elaborate dinner, and then hit the dance floor! The Refectory Hall and Seminar Hall together form an atmospheric party venue for 100 to 250 people. With a DJ or acoustic band, a cozy bar, and plenty of room to dance, these halls are made for an evening full of festivities.
Start the evening with dinner or a buffet and then celebrate until the early hours. In the summer, thanks to direct access to the courtyard, you can combine an outdoor dinner or barbecue with a party indoors.

Chapel

That depends on the number of guests and the nature of your party. The Staff Room is well-suited for a small group, while the Refectory and Seminary Hall are suitable for parties of 100 to 250 people. For the Brasserie and Chapel, we will determine the best layout together.
Can a DJ or live band perform?
Yes, there is room for a DJ, acoustic band, or live band in various event halls. We will discuss the possibilities and necessary equipment with you in advance.
Can we also have dinner in the banquet hall?
Yes, you can combine your party with drinks, a buffet, or a served dinner, among other options. We are happy to help you plan a culinary experience that suits your group.
Can we include the courtyard in the party?
The Refectory and Seminary Hall adjoin the inner courtyard. In the summer, for example, this allows you to have drinks, dinner, or a barbecue outside and continue the party inside.
Can our guests stay overnight after the party?
Yes, Bovendonk has 54 hotel rooms. This way, you and your guests won't have to drive home afterwards, and you can have breakfast together the next morning.
