The Chapel Room is a flexible, smaller section of our historic Conference Chapel. Using smart partition walls, we create an atmospheric space for business events of 40 to 80 people. This lets you enjoy the Chapel’s distinctive character without the space feeling too large for your group.


The Chapel Room is suitable for presentations, lectures, training sessions and plenary meetings.

For larger groups, the full Conference Chapel can be used, accommodating up to 325 people.

    Free Wi-Fi and the following audiovisual equipment are included as standard in the Chapel Room:

    • A large TV for presentations and videos
    • A sound system with speakers
    • A microphone

    This AV package is included at no extra charge.

  • Can we combine the Chapel Room with smaller meeting rooms?

    Yes, the Chapel Room can be combined with several breakout rooms. This is useful if you’d like to alternate plenary sessions with workshops or sessions in smaller groups.

  • Can we have dinner and stay overnight at Bovendonk?

    Yes, your event can be combined with coffee and tea, lunch, drinks, a buffet or dinner. For multi-day events, Bovendonk has 54 hotel rooms.

  • Is parking at Bovendonk free?

    Yes, there are approximately 150 free parking spaces and 8 charging points for electric cars on site.
