Enjoy a delicious 3-course dinner in our atmospheric brasserie. From Monday to Thursday, we serve a changing menu, carefully composed by our chef. The menu changes every week, and you can request it in the brasserie itself or at the reception.

Our kitchen closes at 8:00 PM, so you can be seated for the last time at 7:15 PM. It is also possible to enjoy just the daily special, without being obliged to take the full 3-course menu.

Do you want to be sure you have a spot? Then reserve in advance at our reception.

Additionally, the brasserie is a nice place to work for a while or relax after a busy day. Stop by and make your time here a pleasant experience!

Then a delicious breakfast buffet awaits you in the Refectory (or Brasserie).

Early bird? A breakfast package is also possible!

Simply request a packed lunch at the reception and we will make sure you can take something tasty and nutritious with you.

Our packed lunches contain a variety of sandwiches, fruit, and snacks, perfect for keeping you energized throughout the day. We naturally take any dietary requirements into account, so please let us know if you have any special requests.

Our receptionists are present between 07:00 and 08:00. If you leave earlier, you can leave your pass at the counter.

When the Diocese of Breda was established in 1853, priestly training was placed under the Bishop of Breda. In 1892, the diocese purchased the buildings and land, which were still the property of the Dutch state, for nearly 14,000 guilders. In the autumn of 1895, Petrus JH (Pierre) Cuypers was commissioned to design an entirely new seminary.
